Ownership and Operation

ArthaView is owned by Tarique Zaman, who oversees the financial operations and readership development of the publication. Editorial responsibility rests with Shoaib Zaman as editorial lead, supported by a team of contributing writers. References to “ArthaView”, “we”, or “the publication” refer to this entity collectively.

Nature of Content

All content published on ArthaView is for informational and educational purposes only. ArthaView is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing published on ArthaView constitutes investment advice, a research report as defined under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations 2014, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Readers are solely responsible for their investment decisions and should consult a SEBI-registered professional before acting on any information read on this platform.

Subscriptions

ArthaView offers three subscription tiers: Free, Paid, and Founders. Paid and Founders subscriptions are processed through Substack’s payment infrastructure. Subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are governed by Substack’s terms of service in addition to these terms.

Paid subscriptions grant access to gated content during the active subscription period. Access ceases upon cancellation or non-renewal. ArthaView does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content published on ArthaView is the intellectual property of ArthaView and its respective writers. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or republished in any form without prior written consent.

Subscribers may share brief excerpts not exceeding 150 words with clear attribution to ArthaView and a link to the original article. Sharing full articles, paywalled content, or systematic reproduction of content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthaView, its owner, its editorial lead, and its contributing writers accept no liability for any financial loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from a reader’s reliance on content published on this platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ArthaView shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to These Terms

ArthaView reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
